Welcome to Jasol’s ‘Introduction to cleaning and dishwashing machines’ module. This module has been designed to introduce you to effective and efficient cleaning and dishwashing.
Course Coverage
There is a lot more to cleaning than most people realise. It is important to learn about all aspects of cleaning to ensure correct application, effectiveness and safety.
During this course, we will be looking at:
- the principles of effective and efficient cleaning
- how to remember these principles using the WATCH formula, and
- examples of general cleaning activities and the operation of dishwashing machines using WATCH.
Your assessment includes a final quiz, as well as the activities that appear throughout the course. They must all be successfully completed to finish the course.
